PC Lan installed our building with Wi-Fi with professionalism the entire way through. These guys are very knowledgeable and have a great amount of integrity for you as the customer. That to me speaks very loud!

Our team at PC LAN is extremely responsive. If you send an email to the help desk support team, you will get a call or emailed response almost immediately. We have been working with PC LAN for the past year and we couldn't be happier. Rexx and his staff have assisted us with many of our technology related needs and has been fair, upfront, and honest 100% of the way. My office has been working with PC Lan Services for a year now, and they have become an integral part of our business. Most importantly for us, they are responsive to our needs. If something does not work, they are quickly on the case. If we need upgrades/new tech/just a meeting to go over things, they are there for us.In the beginning of 2019, we moved to a new office. PC Lan assisted us in making sure our technology would be working smoothly after the move. Not only did they help us transfer our internet services, make sure the office was wired to our needs, and help us set-up new a new phone system, they also assisted with questions we had during the build-out of our new suite. We have worked with them on many projects to improve our office, big and small, and PC Lan has always gone above and beyond for us. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and they always take the time to make sure we are satisfied.

I work for a small internet provider based in Chicago with a market in Milwaukee. I partnered with PC Lan Services a few years ago and they have been instrumental to my growth in Milwaukee! They have opened their book of business and have allowed me to service many of their clients with internet services. Rexx and Jeff are always looking for innovative technologies, and they truly present their clients with the best technological solutions available in the market. They always put their clients first and are always available! Their attention to detail and response times are amazing! All of my clients utilizing their services are so happy!!! Outsourcing my company IT department was essential and something that we needed to gain control of. With the fast changing environment and the need to constantly be upgrading hardware, software, and every other **ware we needed a company that would come in and become that person(s). PC Lan Services stated that this was them and they have not let us down. They work with us as a partner, understanding our business to make the proper recommendations for our IT needs. Plus, when we have had an issue they have been able to answer our tough questions immediately when needed and our general needs are typically handled in less than 8 hours. Knowing that this group is behind my organization provides us the time to focus on our core business. Sharing my person experience with this group of professionals has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend you set up an interview with them if you are looking for outsourced IT solutions.Thank You PC Lan Services.

Rexx and the PC Lan TeamI wanted to let you know how PC Lan has been instrumental in helping us not only in our times of need, your team’s insight on ensuring we do not run into similar issues in the future is second to none. I have been in the IT industry going on 18 years and worked with hundreds of vendors and never once could I have said “I have a relationship with my tech services vendor”. What I want you and your team to know is the trust I have in your team surpasses that of even some of our internal employees. The ability for me to send a request for help via email and know that is all that is needed helps me more than you can imagine. With other companies I would have to chase down the sales rep, coordinate with someone else on their team, after the tech arrives explain again what the issue is as their notes were not accurate or the person that transposed my statement did not understand correctly because they had no technology background. That is an utter waste of my time to have an issue resolved. Prior to working with your team I thought that is just the way the tech world works. I now have a relationship with your company that allows me peace of mind knowing that any items urgent or planned are being taken care of timely and correctly.I have told a lot of my peers of you and your teams commitment to excellence, guidance, and knowledge. Some are dumbfounded or don’t’ believe me when I explain our relationship. I tell them try them out and if you are not convinced I will pay the first bill.Please be sure to let your team know that not only do they have my respect, they have my utter loyalty.

When it comes to our IT needs, PC Lan Services has been a tremendous help to both of our companies. They are always reliable and their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate their dedication to our IT needs and they are always ready to respond when we need them. PC LAN Services has been a God Send to Orange Ave Realtors LLC. In June of 2014 Our computers went down because of an outage in our building and all of our client and tenants information was in the computers and of course nothing was backed up. I called PC LAN and they sensed the panic I was in and worked through the weekend to get ALL my information back. If it wasn't for PC LAN I can honestly say that I would have had to shut down and leave the state...I am eternally grateful to them..

We didn't work with an it company prior to pc LAN but the biggest thing of value for us is that as we have more than doubled the size of our business in the last 6-7 years you guys have been able to keep up with that and handle the it needs that we have had as a result of the growth.
