We have worked with PC LAN for years and have found them to be extremely professional, responsive and an all around great service. We have multiple locations and the crew at PC LAN seems to be able to offer a quick solution to whatever problem we bring them!! Jeff has been the primary person working on my location's account and he is AWESOME!!!!!!! I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to make sure their business is safe and secure from internet threats.

I work with Jeff Martin at PC Lan Services. His is simply the best. I am mostly computer/tech illiterate and I'm sure I call with pretty lame questions, yet Jeff is always polite, patient and professional. He is also very responsive which is really important for me. Like everyone else, when I have a computer issue I need a solution right then, not hours or days later. Jeff responds in minutes. Finally, Jeff has never failed to answer my question or solve my problem. I've worked with lots of IT professionals over my 40 year career and, like I said when I started this review, Jeff is the best.

Outsourcing my company IT department was essential and something that we needed to gain control of. With the fast changing environment and the need to constantly be upgrading hardware, software, and every other **ware we needed a company that would come in and become that person(s). PC Lan Services stated that this was them and they have not let us down. They work with us as a partner, understanding our business to make the proper recommendations for our IT needs. Plus, when we have had an issue they have been able to answer our tough questions immediately when needed and our general needs are typically handled in less than 8 hours. Knowing that this group is behind my organization provides us the time to focus on our core business. Rexx and the PC Lan TeamI wanted to let you know how PC Lan has been instrumental in helping us not only in our times of need, your team’s insight on ensuring we do not run into similar issues in the future is second to none. I have been in the IT industry going on 18 years and worked with hundreds of vendors and never once could I have said “I have a relationship with my tech services vendor”. What I want you and your team to know is the trust I have in your team surpasses that of even some of our internal employees. The ability for me to send a request for help via email and know that is all that is needed helps me more than you can imagine. With other companies I would have to chase down the sales rep, coordinate with someone else on their team, after the tech arrives explain again what the issue is as their notes were not accurate or the person that transposed my statement did not understand correctly because they had no technology background. That is an utter waste of my time to have an issue resolved. Prior to working with your team I thought that is just the way the tech world works. I now have a relationship with your company that allows me peace of mind knowing that any items urgent or planned are being taken care of timely and correctly.I have told a lot of my peers of you and your teams commitment to excellence, guidance, and knowledge. Some are dumbfounded or don’t’ believe me when I explain our relationship. I tell them try them out and if you are not convinced I will pay the first bill.Please be sure to let your team know that not only do they have my respect, they have my utter loyalty.

PC LAN Services has been a God Send to Orange Ave Realtors LLC. In June of 2014 Our computers went down because of an outage in our building and all of our client and tenants information was in the computers and of course nothing was backed up. I called PC LAN and they sensed the panic I was in and worked through the weekend to get ALL my information back. If it wasn't for PC LAN I can honestly say that I would have had to shut down and leave the state...I am eternally grateful to them..

We didn't work with an it company prior to pc LAN but the biggest thing of value for us is that as we have more than doubled the size of our business in the last 6-7 years you guys have been able to keep up with that and handle the it needs that we have had as a result of the growth.
