My office has been working with PC Lan Services for a year now, and they have become an integral part of our business. Most importantly for us, they are responsive to our needs. If something does not work, they are quickly on the case. If we need upgrades/new tech/just a meeting to go over things, they are there for us. In the beginning of 2019, we moved to a new office. Outsourcing my company IT department was essential and something that we needed to gain control of. The ability for me to send a request for help via email and know that is all that is needed helps me more than you can imagine. PC LAN Services has been a God Send to Orange Ave Realtors LLC. In June of 2014 Our computers went down because of an outage in our building and all of our client and tenants information was in the computers and of course nothing was backed up. I called PC LAN and they sensed the panic I was in and worked through the weekend to get ALL my information back. If it wasn't for PC LAN I can honestly say that I would have had to shut down and leave the state...I am eternally grateful to them..

We didn't work with an it company prior to pc LAN but the biggest thing of value for us is that as we have more than doubled the size of our business in the last 6-7 years you guys have been able to keep up with that and handle the it needs that we have had as a result of the growth.
