Outsourcing my company IT department was essential and something that we needed to gain control of. I have been in the IT industry going on 18 years and worked with hundreds of vendors and never once could I have said “I have a relationship with my tech services vendor”. What I want you and your team to know is the trust I have in your team surpasses that of even some of our internal employees. The ability for me to send a request for help via email and know that is all that is needed helps me more than you can imagine. With other companies I would have to chase down the sales rep, coordinate with someone else on their team, after the tech arrives explain again what the issue is as their notes were not accurate or the person that transposed my statement did not understand correctly because they had no technology background. That is an utter waste of my time to have an issue resolved. Prior to working with your team I thought that is just the way the tech world works. I now have a relationship with your company that allows me peace of mind knowing that any items urgent or planned are being taken care of timely and correctly. I have told a lot of my peers of you and your teams commitment to excellence, guidance, and knowledge. Some are dumbfounded or don’t’ believe me when I explain our relationship. PC LAN Services has been a God Send to Orange Ave Realtors LLC. In June of 2014 Our computers went down because of an outage in our building and all of our client and tenants information was in the computers and of course nothing was backed up. I called PC LAN and they sensed the panic I was in and worked through the weekend to get ALL my information back. If it wasn't for PC LAN I can honestly say that I would have had to shut down and leave the state...I am eternally grateful to them..

We didn't work with an it company prior to pc LAN but the biggest thing of value for us is that as we have more than doubled the size of our business in the last 6-7 years you guys have been able to keep up with that and handle the it needs that we have had as a result of the growth.
